 My staff is a group of dedicated, talented, and caring individuals.  I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to my team.

Rhonda Sanders

 I am the Insurance Coordinator and have been employed with Dr. Cash for five years.  I am the obsessive cleaner here in the office.  No germ would dare grace my area! I have been married for 12 years and enjoy traveling with my husband every chance we get.  We try to travel to a new tropical destination every year. I love to ride horses, lay by the pool, and eat.   I have a precious little Maltese dog named Bubba (my first dog ever!) who creates a lot of excitement and fun in our household.  I really enjoy helping our patients with their insurance concerns and work hard to get the maximum benefits allowed.  It is a good feeling to see the change in each of our patient’s lives.

Tamela Massey

I have been employed with Dr. Cash for 17 years. My current position is Office Administrator but I have worked in each area of the office. I am a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Certified Dental Practice Management Administrator.   I am married with 3 children.  In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to sporting events with my kids and attending Enon Missionary Baptist Church.  I am truly blessed to work in the most rewarding profession.  I enjoy seeing the transformation of the lives of our patients by giving them a smile that will open doors for them throughout their lifetime

Nicole Ladwig    

I work in the lab and am responsible for making your retainers.  I have been with Dr. Cash for 5 years.  I am cross-trained to do new exams with our patients and various other duties. I have a Chihuahua named Alfie who keeps me busy.  I enjoy being with my friends and family and scrapbooking.   I love my job and our patients! 

Pam McNeil

I have worked as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant at Dr. Cash’s office for 6 years. Also, I have worked as a dental assistant, in Texas, my home state!   I am married and have two children, 20 and 18. We live on a ranch in Marshfield and have a Jack Russell named Val.  I like to travel, garden, and work jigsaw puzzles.  I love to change lives for the better by making beautiful smiles.

 

Bobbi Wood

I have worked as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant at Dr. Cash’s office for 6 years and I am cross-trained to work in the lab.  I am married and have a 13 year old, Dylan.   My family and I recently moved into a new house and I  really enjoy decorating and making it a home.  I love cats and relaxing on my days off.  I love to help our patients achieve that unforgettable smile.

 

Chris Rubrecht

I have been employed with Dr. Cash for over 25 years!  (I think it's obvious I love my job and our patients!) I am the Clinical Supervisor and am responsible for training and supervising our clinical staff.    I have two grown children and four grandchildren that I love spending time with.  Also, I enjoy gardening and hanging out at my pool, weather permitting.  I look forward to helping you achieve that perfect smile!

Dana Williams

 Hi! My name is Dana Williams.  I have worked for Dr. Cash for 15 years.  I am the Financial Coordinator and one of the four people who get to greet you when you come into the office.  I help check-out and schedule when you leave.  The front office gets to see all the patients, which is an extra bonus for us.  I do patient consultations and numerous other duties to keep me very busy.  My husband’s (and best friend) name is Charley.  We have three children and four terrific grandchildren.  They are our life’s pleasure.   I love the lake, reading, traveling, being with our family and enjoying our home.  I feel it is a privilege to work with you, your families and Dr. Cash.  It is a privilege that I will always treasure.

 Misty Ragland

Hi, my name is Misty.  I am a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and am cross-trained to work in the lab as well.   I have been with Dr. Cash for 8 years.  I am married and enjoy spending time with my husband, Donnie.  We love to travel and I have a dog named Layla, who is a sweetheart.  I look forward to each visit with our patients and hope that I can make a difference in their lives.

 

Ginger Howard

My name is Ginger and I work in the lab and as a new patient coordinator.  I have been with Dr. Cash for approximately 1 year.  I am married with two children.  I love this office and enjoy the time I get to spend with our patients.  I do new exams with patients and look forward to meeting you!

    

Ashlee Vanholt

My name is Ashlee and I work in the lab and as a new patient coordinator.  I have been with Dr. Cash for approximately 6  months.  I love meeting our new patients and will do the best that I can to meet your needs and expectations.

 

Sharon Spiker

I have been with Dr. Cash for 10 years as a Certified Orthodontic Assistant.  I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, cooking, and being active in my church.  I hope I can make a difference in the lives of our patients.

 

Michelle Cranor

Hi, my name is Michelle Cranor.  I am in the front office and more than likely you see my face every time you come.  I have been with Dr. Cash as the Scheduling Coordinator for almost two years now.  I was recently married and between my husband and I, we have five children between the ages of 16 and 25.  They keep live very interesting.  We have two grandchildren, Hanna and Carter.  Grandchildren are the BEST!  We all love the lake, old cars, and motorcycling.  I love working with Dr. Cash and my teammates.  We all have very different personalities, but blend well as a team.  I have learned a lot in the last couple of years and am not only an employee of Dr. Cash’s but a patient.  I recently had braces put on, which I thought I was entirely too old for, but I have found out that I am still capable of having a beautiful smile!  I will try and flash that smile for you at your next visit.

 Misty White

  Hellooooo!  I am the Correspondence Coordinator and have worked at Dr. Cash’s office for 5 years.  I am responsible for all treatment correspondence that is sent to you and your general dentist.  I also maintain our website and computers.  I am married with two little girls and two dogs.  They are the light of my life.  I enjoy every chance I get with them.  I love art, cooking, reading, traveling and animals.    I really enjoy my job and creating a positive relationship with our patients.

 Ashley Tucker 

Hey guys! My name is Ashley. I am Ceritified Orthodontic Assistant and have been a team member for 10 years.   I am married with two beautiful little girls.  I enjoy scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family.  I LOVE MY JOB AND OUR PATIENTS!
