Creating a healthy, happy smile requires team effort involving  your orthodontist, orthodontic staff, family, friends, and you.

As part of an ongoing effort to educate our patients and reward those who
understand their importance to the orthodontic team, we have developed the
Reward Program.  Every patient (that means adults too)
can take part in this fun program. You will have the opportunity at each of your
regularly-scheduled appointments to earn up to 5 punches on your punch card which can be redeemed for your choice of treasures...

  • Wear your Dr. Cash t-shirt
  • Have good brushing
  • Be on time for your appointment
  • Have on no loose or broken brackets
  • Wear your elastics properly

AS A SPECIAL BONUS, YOU CAN EARN EXTRA PUNCHES IF:

  • You refer a friend to our practice and that friend becomes an active patient.
  • You are caught outside of the office wearing your Dr. Cash t-shirt
  • Bring your report card and show us your progress (Ask your assistant)
